The Anti-Raiding Act is a pothole repair that will result in additional regulations and additional formalities for businesses, which is not OK in the long-term perspective, especially for those who favor libertarianism. But perhaps, there is no other way to ensure any anti-raider protection, since judicial and law enforcement systems are currently “under construction” in Ukraine.
