Andriy Stelmashchuk manages Vasil Kisil & Partners, and there’s no wonder since he is the managing partner there. In addition, he is the president of the Ukrainian Bar Association, which means he is in charge of Ukraine’s legal industry. Somewhere in between his managerial duties, Andriy is a criminal and tax law attorney representing his clients in court.
