Data Protection

Privacy is about GDPR, but not only. We have been clinging to the protection of personal data even before it was mainstream (that is, as long ago as when the phrase was trending). We promote a conscious attitude to data protection among mature businesses and startups.

We strive to implement the best privacy practices and help our clients navigate tricky legislation. We deal with various tasks within the framework of the legislation of Ukraine and the EU, the USA and other countries. We know that private law and related legal issues can be difficult to understand. Therefore, we try very hard to explain it to clients and their consumers in simple terms.

Practice areas:

Advise on various requests about the protection of personal data.	Develop internal and external policies and procedures for companies that are required by law.
Draft privacy policy, privacy notice, cookie policy, recommend on proper cookie banner.	Create data processing agreements (DPA) and other related documents.
Ensure the legal transfer of personal data by the client to countries outside the EEA and help integrate the right mechanisms for data transfer.	Conduct compliance audits and assess risks. We find areas that need to be improved and help implement the recommendations.
Teach how to respond to data security incidents in the legal field.	Train and teach.
