This type of legal services subscription is highly specialized. It provides services to the company exclusively in the field of personal data protection. At least having a DPO is a requirement of the GDPR and Ukrainian law in the context of organizations that process sensitive personal data (such as data about a person’s health, political beliefs, or geolocation).

What is usually included in the package:

Processing of all requests from personal data subjects to exercise their rights to access, delete, correct, and transfer data. |

Minimal customization of the company’s personal data protection and processing processes at the external and internal levels, depending on the client’s wishes and priorities. |
Preparation of legal documents – privacy policies, policies for responding to user and employee requests, data processing agreements. |
