Axon Partners’ Defence Technologies practice offers in-depth expertise in international and national regulation of defence sector technology companies. We don’t just give you the “basics”; we consider all the specific requirements relating to military and dual-use goods, taking into account the specifics of the industry. 

For almost four years, we have been assisting clients in the defence industry in creating, structuring, and implementing international models. This includes protecting intellectual property and applying import and export regulations.

We are convinced that investment in our defence sector is inevitable. Therefore, our Defence Tech practice, using its unique experience, helps Ukrainian (and other) businesses develop new technologies, attract investment, and build their businesses during wartime. However, in addition to expertise in corporate law, investment, and intellectual property, our Defence Tech practice is primarily focused on understanding the specifics of military or dual-use goods both in Ukraine and abroad, interacting with defence contractors and regulators.
